Children Faith Formation

Our next Parish Faith Night is February 23rd. For the final Parish Faith Night of the year, we are teaming up with Knights of Columbus and some of our SPCS and E-Life teens. The Knights will serve a traditional fish dinner that will be followed by the Living Stations of the Cross. Please attend this wonderful community building event next Friday! Please RSVP by Tuesday, February 20th to the attached link:

Due to changes in the Bishop's schedule, we have been asked to change our First Communion date to Sunday, May 13th.

Our next Parent Faith Formation will take place on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.

This year we will be implementing a new program called "Building Strong Catholic Families." It is an ongoing parish/school based process that engages and strengthens parents and families growing as a domestic church through a close and vital partnership with the parish and school community. The first step is for our parish families to attend a presentation on the program. Michelle Maher-Lyons, from the diocese, will be leading the workshop. Following the initial workshop, we will have parent faith formation classes one Sunday morning a month during the school year.

The program will kick off on Saturday, September 9th from 8:30 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. in JPH. At that time, there will be a workshop called "BUILDING STRONG CATHOLIC FAMILIES." Based on the outcome of this workshop, the topics for Parent Faith Formation will be chosen.

**Free childcare is available for all classes, please sign up for the care in advance. Let Evelyn Cedrun know if you need care.

Are the initial workshop on the 9th of September, the parent classes will be held on the following days from 9-10:15 a..m. in the school cafeteria:

Sunday, February 4th

Sunday, March 4th

Sunday, April 8th
