- Father went over how the Church and the Diocese are cutting back on things.
He stated that Linda Chalini is no longer with St. Paul’s and Joan Bennett is working 4 days a week.
Salaries for the school are frozen as of this month. Tuition is as well.
He is looking at cut backs at the school. (Teachers and teacher aids.)
With all the cut backs Father will now have to take on more responsibilities.

- The Sock Hop went very well. There were a lot of new parents who helped and came to the event. 202 total. Two families came that did not have children at PMCS. Bishop came for awhile and Fr. Bill as well.
The expenses for the event were; $252.76. Gross; $981.25.Income; $728.49.
The money that was made at the concession stand that night will go to the 8th grade class at PMCS.
Ellen would like for next year that we expand the invitation to the PSR families and so forth.
Nice job Ellen.
- Angie Geiger spoke about the golf tournament. She did check into what dates the Broadmoore had for the tournament. May 8th would be the only date. The cost would be $125.00 per golfer.
This date would not give us enough time to put this fundraiser together right.
There were those that felt like we should wait till next school year to have the golf tournament.
It was put to a vote. One was in favor of having the tournament and all the rest were in favor of not having it this school year.
We will not be having the golf tournament this year.
Angie Geiger said that she will chair it next year.
- Nichole Munoz stated that we were still in need of a chair for Panache. She did state that if we do not get a chair we would not be having Panache this year.
