  1.  OPENING PRAYER

The meeting was called to order at 8:45 am. There were 12 members present. (See sign in rooster attachment A.)

The meeting began with prayer.

 

  1. TREASURY REPORT (JEANNE CICHON, PTO TREASURER)
  1. Jeanne went over the profit and loss. (See attachment B.)

                

  1. Lenten Soup went well.  There were 20 take out and 50 bowls sold.  It all ran very smoothly. The profit was $334.15. Last year we did about $500.00.
  1. Jeanne stated there was a $384.35 that was billed to PTO from The Broadmoor and she could not find what that was. Sarah stated that it was for the table clothes used for Taste. They had to be dry cleaned.

 

  1. FR. BOB JAEGER’S REPORT

 

  1. Father Bob talked about the church budget and let us know that there will not be any salary increases, and no tuition increases.
  1. Father also stated that PTO should not keep such a big balance in the PTO account. We should look into spending it before the school year is up.

 

  1. PRINCIPAL’S REPORT

  1. PTO EVENTS

 

  1. Panache:

Cindy passed around a signup sheet for those who would like to help with Panache. She stated that everything is going well.

  1. Golf:

 

Sarah just wanted to let everyone know that Angie Geiger will chair the Golf Tournament next school year. Date of tournament TBD.

  1. Dads Cooking Lunch:

 

Joe Stefanek will chair this event again this year.

 

  1. REQUESTS
  1. Cathy Hanson is requesting cabinets for the computer room.  The coast would be $1,600.00.

Cynthia Carlsson moved that we purchase the cabinets. Shelia Evans seconded. All were in favor; none opposed.
PTO will purchase cabinets for the computer room.

  1. There were a few requests that were brought in at the last moment from Larry.  These requests were tabled so we could discuss them with Larry.

 

  1. NEW BUISSNESS

 

  1. Suzanne Menichiello mentioned that the school is looking into changing the uniforms just for church. Suzanne is looking for anybody who would like to be on the uniform board to help with this change. There will be a meeting after Spring Break. Suzanne will send out a flyer.
